We maintain strict quality checks before dispatch.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Proof (unboxing video or clear images) is required for verification
Once approved:
- Replacement or refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
No returns or exchanges are accepted for:
- Size issues
